Sill Repair and New Composite Deck

The old wood deck was warping and undulating with age and decay. Improper flashing methods caused severe sill plate damage to the home where the old deck had been attached. We rebuilt the frame strong and correct and fixed the sill. The new deck is covered with Wear Deck composite and a cable rail system to meet code.
